VEHICLE TEST BENCHES

Applications:

Chassis dynamometer systems allow for a vehicle to be subjected to all tests that require road simulation conditions. Thanks to this solution, compared to traditional on-road testing, repeat, precise and measurable testing is made possible that is unaffected by external factors, often a source of error.

In this field we design and develop entire test bench systems, overhaul the mechanics and electrics of current systemsand install new acquisition systems and transducers and substitute or update management software..

We use an electric motor that acts both as a brake and active element, electrical panels to monitor the entire testing process, power, exhaust emissions management analysis and panels containing the inverter for piloting the rollers as well as systems for air intake, ventilation, management of air combustion as well as cooling towers and everything necessary to guarantee the safety and soundproofing of the work area.
