Precise testing requires state-of-the-art and well calibrated instruments: we perform calibrations of test bench signals issuing certificates with either an annual or 6 month validity.
Taking into consideration ambient conditions which calibration instruments are subject to and only performing tests in stable conditions with minimum oscillation, we compare a theoretical value (generated or simulated with standard instruments) with a real reading (from the data acquisition and control system). Based on the percentage error determined from the difference between these parameters we can establish if the figure is within the normal tolerance range.
The measurements, calibrations and simulations of the sensor signals and transducers are performed for direct comparison between our standard instruments (certified ACCREDIA) and the instrument analysed. We refer to national or international standards of units of measurements, the International System of Units (SI).
Our calibration procedure was developed and is carried out in accordance with legislation ISO 17025.
